      We offer a range of construction services including new builds, renovations, and remodeling.

      We primarily serve the greater metropolitan area, but we are willing to travel for larger projects.

      We prioritize clear communication, attention to detail, and timely completion of all projects.

      NO CANCELLATION POLICY

      We value your time. While your scheduled estimate is our priority, we still must cover often uncomfortable topic about payments & missed appointments. Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24hrs. Notice is required. If you miss/ not show up, a $75.00 fee will be charged to you.

      Cancellation Of Contract

      Written Notice:


      Homeowner has the right to cancel any contract within 24hrs. Of being on the job site. Before the concrete truck even arrives, the Homeowner shall provide a written notice of cancellation and provide the written proof to the owner of the business.


      Return of Payments:


      Once the written proof has been received by the owner of the business, the Homeowner will then only receive 50% of the deposit back. The remaining 50% will go to labor.

      Website Disclaimer & Customer Expectations

      Notice to Customers: Concrete is a natural product composed of water, aggregates, & cement. Due to the nature of the material & environmental variables, Liberty Concrete & Enhancements LLC. Provides the following disclosures regarding all estimates & installations:


      1. CONCRETE CRACKING:


      Concrete is designed to be strong, but it is not flexible. While we utilize industry-standard reinforcement (such as rebar or fiber mesh) and cut control joints to encourage cracking in specific locations, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT CONCRETE WILL NOT CRACK. Cracking is a natural result of curing, temperature changes, & ground movement.


      2. COLOR, TEXTURE, & SHADING:


      Variations in color & texture are inherent in all concrete work. Factors such as humidity, sun exposure, & the specific mix from the batch plant can cause “mottling” or shading differences.


      COLOR MATCHING: We cannot guarantee an exact match to existing concrete or color swatches.


      FINISHES: Broom finishes & stamped patterns may have slight irregularities, which are considered part of the artisanal nature of the work.


      3. SURFACE SCALING & SALT DAMAGE:


      Standard concrete is susceptible to damage from de-icing chemicals & salt (common in winter months or tracked in by vehicles). Liberty Concrete LLC. Is not responsible for surface scaling, spalling, or pitting caused by the application of salt or chemical de-ciders. We strongly recommend using sand NEVER SALT!


      4. SITE CONDITIONS & ACCESS:


      Liberty Concrete LLC. Is not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or invisible fences that are not clearly marked by the homeowner or a professional locating service prior to excavation. Additionally, the weight of concrete delivery trucks is significant; we are not responsible for damage to existing driveways or pathways used for site access.




      Concrete Care & Maintenance Guide

      Protecting Your Investment


      CONGRATULATIONS on your new concrete! To ensure your installation reaches its maximum lifespan & maintains its appearance, please follow these care guidelines.


      1. THE CURING PERIOD (The first 28 days)


      Concrete achieves most of its strength in the first month. During this time, it is especially sensitive:


      * FOOT TRAFFIC: Stay off the surface for at-least 24 hours.


      * VEHICLES: Keep cars & heavy equipment off new driveways for at-least 7 to 10 days.


      * DONT COVER: Do not cover the concrete with plastic or rugs during the first 28 days, as this can trap moisture & cause permanent spotting or discoloration.


      2. WINTER CARE & DE-ICING


      The first winter is the most critical for new concrete.


      * Avoid salt: DO NOT use salt or chemical de-icers (calcium chloride or sodium chloride). These chemicals trigger a freeze-thaw cycle that can cause “spalling” or “scaling” (flaking of the surface).


      * Safe Alternative: Use plain sand for traction. It provides grip without chemically attacking the concrete.


      * Rinse Your Car:  If you park a vehicle on your driveway, be aware that road salt dripping from your car can damage the concrete beneath it. Rinse the area regularly.


      3. SEALING YOUR CONCRETE


      Think of sealer like wax on a car. It provides a barrier against moisture, oil, UV rays.


      * Initial Sealing: We apply the appropriate sealer


      * Ongoing Maintenance: We recommend resealing your concrete every 7-10 years depending on wear and sun exposure.


      * Oil Spills: While sealer helps, it is not “stain-proof”. Clean up oil, gasoline, or grease spills immediately to prevent permanent staining.


      4. CLEANING:


      * Routine: Use a garden hose & a stiff broom to remove dirt & debris.


      * Pressure Washing: Use caution. High-pressure settings or “turbo nozzles” held too close to the surface can etch or damage the finish.
